MIRA is set to commence the Income Tax Assistance Program 2026 on 1 April 2026, which will be carried out until 15 June 2026. The target audience of the program are taxpayers who are required to submit a tax return for the year 2025, with a total income of MVR 10 million or below, and who have opted to prepare financial statements on "cash basis".
